That fits with the people I talked to on Savile Row at Christmas. Their biggest problem at the moment is getting goods made up rather than getting orders and some of the bigger tailors have quite sizable backlogs. In the scheme of things not many customer have lost their jobs and those that are still employed are carrying on as before so for the moment at least all is well.

Tailors drink like fish, it took me a whole day to recover from that session...
