Ducky Brown seems to be bridging the gap between wingtips and people who can't tie dress shoes. Let this union never be rent asunder.

I get amused by designers who take on classic items and for a significant premium add features that real fans of the brand wouldn't continence. By way of example, I would suggest some of takes designers have taken with Fred Perry in the last few years.

l think they are making Florsheims near the old standards and are following a trend of making bright coloured shoos like Church's and AE; something to try and draw young crowds to a traditional shoo. l've even seen some Trickers suede wingtips done in bright colours too (saw it in the flesh, but $850 for that rascal). Can't believe l have no pics of all of these, l swore l had some somewhere.
