What English bespoke makers do in-built foot-beds? (in-built foot-beds = lots of inner foot supports, an in-built mould to your feet, arch supports etc).
I am sure that they could all do it but Taylors of Paddington Street have expertise in making bespoke shoes for difficult (including deformed) feet.
Off topic: is there any such thing as a Balmoral half brogue? (not an oxxford half brogue, but a balmoral half brogue).
Before I developed my own arches thanks to rigorous physical therapy (you will never do so with orthotics...), Tony Gaziano used to mold my arch supports out of the insoles themselves, meaning the support and the insole are a single piece.

Naked insoles feel nicer. They provide more friction so stresses are more evenly distributed across the bottom and sides of the foot while walking.
