Just as a heads up, that gray summer sack suit is an H. Freeman. Very cool. It's got a 44" chest, 17.5" shoulders and a 31" jacket length with a 34" waist. So closer to a 42 than a 40 but workable with alterations, in theory, though it will potentially be long in the jacket. I don't think it's a 42L because the sleeves are normal length.
(Also, it's $325, which is about $175 less than a new sack from Southwick, but it's a really cool vintage artifact.) Why do these things never show up in my Etsy searches Brad? You've got the magic touch...

I just snatched this 38S navy flannel BB blazer almost instantly as i came across it, and wondering if I made a good move. For some reason I felt that time was of the essence and that waiting was not an option (it was a buy-it-now listing). Anyone see anything wrong with it? 3/2 roll, patch pockets, center vent, half-lined, 2 button cuffs...
I’m in my 20s, so I’m still new to blazers and sport coats since they’re not exactly common in my generation.

This is incredible - 1938 Press tweed sack jacket. Looks to be a 38S:

The above is dirt cheap too and I'm sure the quality is superb.

Alec, that looks really good. I'm a big fan of that whole outfit, too - the muted tie and green trousers look great. A+, worthy of the ILSFT thread for sure, especially with a surcingle belt instead of leather...
I think removing the flaps looks good... We won't get into the sacrilege of altering such a primo BB blazer, almost as bad as mhalat getting his sack jackets darted by his tailor A patch pocket blazer is already casual, but I see where you're coming from and as I said it looks good, you do you, glad you snagged this blazer and wear it in good health!

42R brooks seersucker suit. Looks pretty old and a beautiful colour. The seller has labels it wrong as it’s a 42L and at a super reasonable price. Hope someone grabs this......

Bedford cord trouser sale from thorough-=stitch (they made some great military chinos with a buckle back a few years ago).
Not totally Ivy, but also not not Ivy. I ordered 2 pairs, one in navy and one in olive green, size 32/32. I'll give updates once I get them in hand!
