Hi I'm considering a short list of tailors for a custom suit. Based on my preferences, a cursory search Cheo's name was mentioned multiple times.
Is he good, reliable?
Will he cut a more fitted drape than A&S's droopy version?
Thanks.

The man is a temperamental nut and way overpriced.
Somehow I had a sinking suspicion of his grumpiness, but held reservation. He was pretty abrasive during our phone conversation, but we all have unpleasant days I assumed.
All the top NY tailors are busy, which is a good thing - I guess, and I'm not really interested in 2nd tier specialists ...

I don't think Cheo is an actual tailor. At least I don't think he makes these suits himself. Ive seen someone wearing one of his suits and they're not that nice. If I wasn't using my current guy, I would check out Logsdail.

l feel like i'm hi-jacking this interesting conversation...
His lazy shoulders (Denzil) are not helping him look good in that suit. lt's a respectable suit (non intimidating) but it's not pretty. lt would be an easy suit to get sick of.
l'll piss off now and let experts talk about it all.
