The best thing I ever got from associating with clothing forums is to critically question my own style and item choices. What I needed to discard got discarded, what needed to be borrowed, altered or added got that-ed. What I still liked got reaffirmed. I more fully understand what's a bad idea for my purposes and what works. But everything I did style-wise was repeatedly tested (I continue to do this) and if it couldn't survive my own scrutiny, I wouldn't put it on line to see if other people would rationalize it for me.

Bear in mind he stood on what looks like riven flagstones, they aren't even. What you are seeing could be illusory.

Beer knobs are almost as common as wine knobs now - spending $20 for a bottle of Icelandic beer would not be beyond some of them.
Case in point this idiot a little while back was telling me how he loves Belgian trappist beers like the St Arnou pils he was drinking at that moment. When I pointed out to him the stuff was brewed about 2 hours drive away outside Newcastle he was incredulous. "It's imported" he protested, pointing to the label.
The label said "Imported from Australia".
True story.

For me, Little Creatures is as good as any.
I'm somewhat disappointed that those "hipster" photos from Helsinki have been universally criticized. It's mostly kids in those photos, especially the girls, and most are dressing the way kids do, cheaply and eclectically. I realize everyone here was born with a silver spoon up their ass and wear pinstripes and black captoes from birth, but not everyone has been so blessed.
I admit the few men that are included in those photos are 100% poorly dressed.
I would be delighted if my 70 year old wife (no stupid gerontophilia jokes please) dressed the way the 70 year old women in those photos do.
