and to think he paid borderline five figures for that stuff...
At least he looks taller in this new db 4x1 than his previous standard 6x2.

Since we cannot judge the character and charm of the people in these pictures we'll just have to go by superficialities:
and by that measure those pictures just go to show that clothing will get you nowhere without looks and build.
While everybody is, like Big Tony stated, trying way to hard, the guys in the upper photo look like unattractive blowhards while the igent uniform doesn't really affect the two fellows in the bottom one that hard just because they're all around more handsome. I think the biggest igent myth that will never die is that good clothes and a swell tailor will turn a Foo into a 1940s Hollywood actor, now matter his size, posture, body composition or facial looks...

goddammit, i've just now seen it: that right colored folk is grabbing that left colored folk's ass. I guess that makes my post even manlier beyond your wildest expectations than it was before. oh well...

Great scans carpu, esp. re: the lapel style of the time. I still don't know about the pulling/skin-tight chest jacket in the pic, though. That gives off more of a crummy 'slim' vibe of Thom Browne 2000s fashion.
