Nevertheless, some of what you have stated recently does bare scrutiny to nutritional science and if you are to win the raw food argument, you need empirical methods and not just faith.

I am also drinking G&T which is not my normal drink, so any displays of morbid vindictiveness or over reactions, is likely to be the affects of this urban and city dweller drink that does not agree with a country boy like me.

No need to be quite so vitriolic, Grizzly. It's only blogging! I have to say that, although I am no great one for picky eating and I could never regard food as just fuel, I do accept that drinking fresh (and sun-warmed) fruit and vegetable juices or eating celery etc does seem to have a nice 'zing' to it but, for me, only ever as a part of my food. I cannot, for example, imagine a fruitarian dinner party - can't imagine that it's much fun, frankly. I need to get my face around some nicely-cooked meat and/or fish at least once a day...

...I'd go NUTS!

The thing about any science is that it represents the best current knowledge until it is disproved. There are no absolutes; no dead certs and no utter 'truths'.
