I was in London yesterday when a friend texted me about the G&H sale near the old Truman Brewery. Unfortunately, it was the last day and it started last Tuesday. Most of the decent gear had gone and the sizing was inconsistent.
Fortunately, I snapped up a sports coat for £50 (£495 last winter) and the last pair of cavalry twill trousers for £25 (£125 last year). However, there were still a few sports coats and blazers at £50 plus several dinner suits at £95 when I left.
My guess is that G&H would be pleased to get rid of the stuff so a phone call might get you a bargain.
I have no experience of Jaeger. Crombie sells military style coats - http://www.crombie.co.uk/coats/mens.html.
The links do not work because he puts a period at the end of them.

Funnily enough, Bishops links never work for me either.
From the website G&H they've gone right down the nick, even compared to the website from 18 months ago. I was in the Chester shop a week last Saturday, not as good as they used to be, but much better than the tat that's on the website. You may find something decent in there, Formby.
I bought a number of sports jackets from Jaeger in the very early 1990's, wouldn't know if they were any good now.
