Any of you other decrepit old shits like "Baker Street" as much as I do?
The Squire of Malvern wearing a typically exciting "rig" and showing off happy progeny, the result of sexual congress with his Mayfair-descended and boarding school-educated wife:

Drip's wife catches him "Basket Browsing" on the Metro North and all Hell breaks loose:

This thread is quite disturbing. The link to his blog is even more disturbing.

Not mad about Baker Street but Stuck in The Middle I like.
And I am impressed that Baker Street has earned him around $150K a year each year since it was released
I wearing silk dressings gown. Problem of softness solved! Simples.

Proof he has no clue.
It is more about the enjoyment of owning something special or that to some degree enhances your everyday life rather than the physical enjoyment that alden implies by his 20 minutes of pleasure. If anything, the "feel" of good clothes should make one forget about them and move on to other things in life, as Big T said.
By the way, no one would ever believe that alden enjoyed wearing a jacket that contradicts his natural shoulder dogma. The jacket looks so bad, it seems as if the wearer forgot to remove the hanger or wore a cheap bulletproof vest underneath. This is only a silly psychological game typical of those who feel their own dogmas are being threatened in some way, or that have their own agenda. Also, he would be better served by finding another shirtmaker and laundering facility, as his collar is way too tight.

My suspicion that I missed out on The Golden Age of Internet Big Timers is confirmed in this post:-

'' as I came across the forum and members such as you, RJman, MEdwards, Voxsartoria, Alden, Manton, Concordia, Dopey, Will, Iammatt, etc. I did enjoy that site ... until most left. ''
I thought Alden only posted on his own site with about twenty others.
A hipster comes to town and shows off his class, but no-one is impressed.

lt's always fun when fashion inspired types come to S.F and think they are superior because they wear flashy designer labels. Remember the guy that trashed Aportney's shoo collection because he said his L.V's cost more and hence were better.
A really dull troll but there are still sheep answering him:

Another thread when know-it-alls give bad advice:
* first the opening post showin' the `shoo damage':

* then the big mouth who thinks he's an expert gives bad advice that is wrong in every account:

* then a qualified man corrects the numbskull above with real advice:
