Online Bespoke Tailors
Do any of the online tailors do actual bespoke (not made-to-measure)? What has everyone’s experience been?

Depends on how you define online tailors. Most bespoke tailors, e.g. on Savile Row, have websites. It is, however, impossible to offer a true bespoke service from measurements submitted by the customer via a form on a website.
