How much do you want to spend?  Mercer are said to be excellent.  I like B.D. Baggies - but they don't wear well.

I would recomend, a buzz rickson chambray. Though they have a point collar, based on a 40's usn pattern. They are not cheap, though you could try it on.
I know both brands cause much contention, around here, but gant rugger, and gitman, have bd chambrays at the moment. Again,both could be tried on. 
Individualized shirts do a bd chambray, they are at oi polloi now, nice fabrics,though I think they have a lined collar.
Like andy said ,there is mercer, great fabrics, though the fit is not to everyones taste, or the expense and wait.etc.
Or try good ol, llbean for a cheaper option, though mailorder again.
