I should also say I like that shade green a lot more than the lime cashmere jacket the chunnel running peeping Tom got made up.

Re: Its not easy being green......

Judging by some comments on the thread Mr. Foo carries much respect on SF with F. Corbert asking ; Did you tell them who you are? and George's post of; You should have just wrote down the SF web address and your username on a piece of card, slid it casually over the counter then given a knowing nod and wink. I think she'd have got the message. Unless of course their taking the piss?

Not being a reader of SF, I'm wondering why he's so disliked by the FBN guys?

Re: Its not easy being green......

The wallet leather looks a bit rough to me; probably hogskin: hardly Morocco leather, is it? And green: what's with that?

Re: Its not easy being green......

I couldn't read past the first post.  But it was an amusing exchange.  If accurate.  I like the wallet and the color.  I remember that color (or something similar) being popular for leather goods in the 80's:  for wallets, tie cases, and cuff link boxes for travel, etc.   I probably wouldn't have gotten the accordion pocket.  But....

The silliness; the vanity of this 'pursuit', when there is starvation in the world, really does MAKE MY BLOOD BOIL.

Foo should have contacted Oprah so the two of them could shut down Hermes for good.
