If I shelled out some serious dosh and waited 7 months for something I'd be a bit pissed at having at having something different than I thought I was getting, and no matter how much I told myself it was minor and harmless I'd still be disapointed.

One goes to all that hassle to order the wallet and then doesn't specify EXACTLY what they want or are expecting in writing ?
If I specified it in gold and it comes in silver then back it goes and a new one is expected in gold to replace it. Period. No specification? Then shut up
