Weight loss must be sustainable. This means that relying on exercise to lose weight is not a good idea because most humans in the modern day countries do not exercise consistantly to keep the weight off because they are used to sitting on their bum all day at work and all night at home being brainwashed by stupid television; once Winter comes along people are even less willing to exercise. And just say a person has an injury to their legs, that means that a person will be unable to exercise and will gain weight again. As l said, weight loss must be sustainable.
The only true way to lose weight and keep it off is to make the decision to eat a very healthy diet. That means not to eat disease causing foods. That means to avoid animal products, avoid white refined breads, avoid cakes-sweets, avoid high fat foods, avoid condiments, avoid alcohol, keeping cooked food to a minimum, and avoiding bad water, and eating until 80% full at most, and eating a huge salad of dark green leafy vegetables/sprouts before the main meal etc. Food combining works well too.
lt is easier to establish good eating habits than to consistantly exercise.
