Four years for Berlusconi

Blair is a bigger criminal.

When is he getting sentenced?

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

What a complete joke.  This is the political assassination of an inconvenient media owner.  All the European socialist ochlocracies that are dominated by state-owned, licence fee-financed media should jolly well shut up about "freedom of the media" and recognise what they really are: punitively overtaxed, inefficient clientele states with big public sector mouthpieces.

End of.

And Blair should be hanged.  For treason.

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

I'd rather go to a party with Berlusconi than any other politician. He seems like a good fun bloke.

The guy was a buffoon. Made his country a laughing stock.

I'd have jailed him for his hair weave alone.

Who's his tailor...?

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

Indeed, nothing but a whore master and ex-crooning buffoon who reduced Italy to a caricature and bad joke.

He did have a lot of support and controlled the media, providing beautiful eye candy on the Rai channels. But I was in Italy a couple of weeks ago, and there wasn't anyone voicing any support for him, even those who previously have given me the view that he has saved Italy from socialism and communism. I always admired his speech supporting the mafia and threatening those who delved into their antics in which he gave a fascist salute at the end, this revealed everything you needed to know about this vile and corrupted being.

Let us hope his appeal fails and he serves his time in a dark and damp cell, suitable for odious creatures. It would be good if Blair joined him to clean out the slops.

He was a great whore master, if you regard those kind of men as heroic.

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

The Bliars probably live in constant fear of Islamic extremists and even grieving families of dead servicemen. They probably cannot even go for a stroll to the newsagent; they probably live in houses with alarms, armed guards and bullet-proof windows. I have also heard that Bliar and Bush dare not enter certain countries for fear of arrest as war criminals (which they are). Basically, they are under a form of arrest and will stay like that for life! Yo!

As for Berlusconi: he's a gangster, so the possibility of doing time is to be expected.

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

At least Berlusconi was democratically elected, unlike his successor and his cabinet of bureaucrats. Mario Monti was an unelected EU Commissioner - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mario_Monti Typically, he has said that he will not run for election when his term of office ends in April - http://news.yahoo.com/italian-pm-mario-monti-says-not-run-election-193356889--business.html.

Re: Four years for Berlusconi

Interestingly, the Daily Mail/Hate runs pieces over the weekend on how we are going to be over run by Eastern Europeans who will infiltrate, taint and pollute our culture, yet sweet naff all on the Islamist immigration and asylum seeking threat which has come in to the UK in greater numbers, at least according to your stats, Albert.

I also notice, not reported in the mainstream press, that most of the EDL leadership have been arrested on spurious charges of entering the US illegally and other crimes against the state to ensure they don't run for the police commissioners and to stop them from continuing their fight against Islamic supremists.

I am not convinced that the EDL is a neo-nazi fascist party, hijacked may be, but for sure, the establishment want this movement destroyed at all costs and by any means necessary. The question is why with such venom, considering the obvious Islamicist supremist presence and threat?
