Glad to be of service, gentlemen.
Let's hope the seller has better proficiency with a tape measure than the last one I bought from, who seems to be desperately in need of a visit to an optician.
And thanks! Believe it or not I didn't even notice the lining. Crazy, but definitely in a good way.
Good luck Yuca. Hope that one works out for you.
This jacket doesn't look too bad, except for a couple of things that prevented me from buying it.

Cashmere is a beautiful fabric for a sack, however black is not a beautiful colour for a sack.
Good luck with it, Yuca. I'm sure it'll look ace with the lapel pressed out properly after a good steam. I've got a couple of similar Cricketeer sacks and they're all beautifully cut and fit great. I like the sort-of basketweave textured pattern of this tweed, great colors too.
Here's a good looking size 44 seersucker:

clearly not linen but I kind of dig this -

not sure about the cut of this one, could go eitherway. measurements come up a bit waisted.

Neat green herringbone 3/2 approximate 38R. Note small pocket above right flap pocket. Can't say I've seen that before.

^ Weird British/American crossover with twin vents and ticket pocket.
But a jetted ticket pocket. Don't they usually have flaps?
It's undarted and the pockets are straight not angled. An oddball jacket to be sure. If it would fit me in the shoulders, I'd probably have a go at it.
Yeah, I've never seen one like that. Looks like it could be tucked inside though.
Otherwise, the jacket looks kosher - natural looking shoulders, 3/2 fastening, two-button cuff, lapped seams and swelled edges. The twin vents are a deal breaker for me though. It's kind of like the Bullit jacket.
Yeah, good call on the flap possibly being tucked.
Not ivy, but here's a really nice looking Southwick 3 piece suit, in 38R also.

I could see Thee Captain wearing that.
Agreed, maybe in a larger size?

Worn with a pair of navy shorts in a dune buggy for that Thomas Crown vibe.
He he...I had a few of those style jackets in the 80s/90s...there's nothing like a bit of 100% nylon on yer person... am sure I've still a light blue with yellow/white go faster stripes somewhere... maybe held on to cos it still fitted?!??!
Haha. I'm good aren't I?
