No, it's exactly the same... for me. When I open my closet it's 1960. But heck, it's just flat fronted trousers and button down shirts. It's not like I open my closet to zoot suits or powdered wigs or polyester leisure suits. I think I'm relatively safe navigating modern society with my garb. If I took off the dark framed glasses, which are actually really popular right now with seemingly everyone, tussled my hair and grew a goatee or scraggly beard I'd look thoroughly contemporary. Right?
I get more comments and compliments on my damn glasses. Black chicks seem to really like them for some reason. Actually, black girls seem more hip to my look than anyone else. Sort of perplexing.
not at all if you've seen Road Trip and Napoleon Dynamite ....
Hahahaha. You asshole!!! Haha
That guy's bitin' ma steez.
buttondown holla!
Jermyn Street has changed dramatically. Harvie & Hudson's new shop is ghastly. TM Lewin has become a men's outfitter, and so has Hilditch & Key. All blonde wood/bright lights, welcome to the 1990ies.
^ Just got a Fife 20 Blue in my last order this past week. Plus a 20 Green and Kendal Dale Blue.
Enjoying the autumnal coloured tat. not sure about the others
I must admit to be getting into T&A contrast collars and cuffs at the moment. They are seriously dandified and you have keep your ties simple, less you come across as some kind of an accountant in a Bollywood musical. It's a stye I've never gone for previously, but you can dress them up or with a simple blazer without a tie you're ready for some serious uptown R&R.
Not really worked there has it..?
I tell you where I tried on a nice one Mark Powell, I only went in there for a mooch....lovely cut they were though...150 a pop.

I don't think hes got the colouring to introduce the browns and that yellow there..if he kept it to steely greys blues and black reckon itd be fine especially if he's making things close tonally..the shirts actually suits him..I suppose the hair still has a bit of strawberry blonde to it still...not really working for me..others might disagree

Because it dictates what works for you.. it's a lot more relative than some arbitrary rules...but you have to be sympathetic to it..best way to think about it is simply by judging does it work. To my eye it doesn't. The tones are close and the hue of the flower with the tie doesnt work...even in the sense of it clashing it doesnt work..
