Does anyone still open the car door for their lady? I usually do when entering, but I let her exit the car under her own steam. I mean, you can't go too far with this stuff.

How do gentlemen settle an argument in the age of the Internet? Once upon a time disputes would have been settled with pistols at dawn. Today it seems to be that disagreements remain unsettled except for a bit of name calling. Are there any gentlemen under the age of 60? Would a gentleman of today have access to a computer and a Facebook account?
