Arthur spooner could wear polka dot half sleeve shirts though.
I'd wear em with bigger dots and a stronger base colour....In fact I think they'd look great in Silk...

Right, if done in a Op-Art kind of way it may work.
But the example I posted above is a very dreadful one.
The problem with that shirt is that the base colour is 'gutless'. Its a washed out shade of blue...
