/\ that's what I'm talking about kid!
that light navy wash and wear poplin with a natural fade will be great with that JPFPSSOCBD of yours
the shirt is also great on its own or over a white tee, with walk shorts and bare feet or Authentics or blucher mocs or flips
I have a home-shortened JPFPSSOCBD in deep pink and also one in deep pink end-on-end (JPFPSSEOEBD) from the days virtually all Press shirts including their Viyellas had flap pockets
Those acronyms are the best. Hahaha.

Haha, I'm glad for the both of us!
The old Asian seamstress with the pronounced cleavage I told you about "retired", so I took it to this new real "tailor" to have the sleeves shortened a smidge. It's a test, you know.

^ i hear you there fella, been laid up with a f***ed knee and all I've been doing is armchair shopping .
Great colours on that tweed jacket , if you want to date it better the Harris Tweed number is a great starting point.
Looks like an 80's label, Ryan... the older Bean labels had the double cursive "L" script.
Here's a throwback to my ridiculous big hair moddy days:

Can you believe my wife now wears that sweater?!
That's a killer Co-Op sack btw; looks like a 3/2 lapel to me.
Thanks, Ollie and Acton! I got them both (combined) for under $50 so I'm super stoked to both sate my need for new old Ivy and keep spending to a minimum.
Ollie - That's a great photo of you. I think you're right about the Bean sweater being 80s. As long as it's one of the older ones, that's all that matters to me. I read they started making them in China a some point and then they died out, only to be revived as a heritage sweater a few years ago. I wanted a true prep era one. As for the jacket, I got super lucky on that one. I watched it go through two auctions with no bids.
Acton - Luckily I only had hand surgery to repair a sliced tendon. I know knee surgery can be a lot more painful. Good luck with recovery!
French made by Polaroid!
Actually, you can still get the AO model sported in those pics for around £50.

Very nice! I think that yellow is a hard color to wear though. At least for me. Have to stay with black and grey.
