I have 5 pairs of Jeffery West and was thinking of getting another pair to wear on the rare occasion. I was looking to pick this up locally:

Jeffery West are not all crazy shoos, many are modern classics such as above.
The issues with these shoes is that the leather is only average quality (not really bad, but not really good either) and they are grain corrected leather so it means the feet WILL get warmer and knicks and knocks can ruin the surface finish of the leather. The grain corrected depth of the leather isn't rich deep and beautiful like the wholegrain shoes.
Mr X said to me a few years ago that Jeffery West are well below my standards and that l shouldn't be wearing them. Heck, l have only worn a pair once in the last 10 years.....l wore a pair about a month ago, still...l wouldn't mind another pair to wear very occasionally. They sell them locally....used to sell for $500 20 years ago in Oz.

Has Lily managed to sell her £4.2 million Cotswold mansion yet? Perhaps Bob Geldof should buy it.
