Chums,
for yr edification:
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/07/14/rory-duffy-is-new-york-city-s-finest-tailor-and-yet-he-can-t-make-a-decent-living.html
My only concern: yeah, but can he do the Trad?
Sorry to see him leaving the States. Wasn't there a big to do on SF awhile back when some guy got all enthused about Duffy then got into a big fight with anyone who wasn't equally as excited?
Cheaper to live in your family home in Monaghan than New York. Probably better if you have kids to raise as well.
Visiting tailor might be the way to go if he gets that type of customer.

^So from that, you are not going to spill the beans then?
I suppose like any business, there will come a time when the market is mature and this becomes a barrier to new entities trying to take market share from the established players who already have track record, loyal customers and long standing relationships with their suppliers.

Good to hear, 300 bespoke suits a year is impressive, no wonder there's no time for holidays!
