Both look good chaps, I would certainly sport a pair just never found any I like. But will keep and eye out for some.
While I would never wear them, I know Woof subscribes to the theory that if a picture of Steve McQueen wearing something can be produced that item is deemed cool. http://www.mcqueenonline.com/image/gap.jpg
I'd be interested in what Stan has to say but I just think of fat guys on vacation with white hairy legs and black socks.
If you're in an urban setting your feet will get incredibly grimy and there is an excellent chance of someone stepping on you. If you're in the country your feet will get incredibly grimy and there is an excellent chance of snake bite or similar calamity. If you are outside the tops of your feet will get sunburned, which is absolutely no fun. If you step in anything unpleasant by mistake, your day is done. And the world gets to subject your toes to critical examination, which may or may not be desirable.
Steve McQueen could have worn old t-shirts wrapped with duct tape on his feet and it would have been cool...because he was Steve McQueen.
Haha ...
I am talking closed toed sandals here.
Men's toes are not nice really - even Steve McQueen's.
;-)
I don't like open toe or flip flops but I've been meaning to get a pair of closed toe sandals for a while, might look out for some in the end of season sales for next year?
Woof, those are pretty cool. I think they are nicer than the Paraboots as they are a bit sleeker, too. Linen suits I wouldn't recommend as no well dressesd Italian would do it, too. Even if he is 'sprezzy', haha. (They wear Pennys with linen suits). But with linen trousers and a BD, why not? On a hot day, Panama hat...

Mercer needs to cut his toenails ?
I do like the look of those sandals (well not the last two photos) but I couldn't wear them in the UK even on the hottest day. If I lived in a warmer climate, near the beach, I'd be all over them in the summer as Woolster proves that they can be done well.
Boom, Leer just dropped the mic here boys... excellent find
