There's a certain Austin Allegro dog turd yellow and green that certain high-end shoemakers seem to delight in. One is Johnny Lobby, I've seen Edward Green too, for Christ's sake let's hope C&J's are not catching this affliction!

It's like let's make the cheapest looking almost M&S RTW plastic shoes from 1985 just to prove that we can, and still the Middle East punters will buy them!

Or the duck billed platypus.

And with that kind of shade of browny dog turd, there's little hope that going up a shade of brown or two is unlikely to offer a solution without ruining the shoe.

And, maybe, eventually, the shoes might get some nice patina and darken a bit? Any chance?
