Huh, I was just coming here to say that his only doing up the bottom button was pretty baller... Different strokes for different folks I guess... John F. Kennedy always pulled it off well in my opinion.

I remember some freezing winter nights, standing around trying to hail a cab when there were none to be found at a late hour, wearing a tweed sport coat and buttoning all the buttons and turning the collar up to ward off the cold ....
in that situation I liked buttoning all three buttons in an attempt to be as warm as possible ....
