I've flirted with the idea of a Black Watch jacket for a long time and LeeLo's post shows how good they can look, great for this time of year!

My shirt was certainly trumped by the subsequent BW jacket, nicely executed by LeeLo.
That tie looks similar to some I’ve seen from Chipps - last time I visited Paul (I think he’s since moved out of Manhattan) he had some great festive ties, IIRC including Santa having a shite down a chimney pot! Very subtle and sly humour, you have to have sharp eyes, but he has some class gems in among the grenadines and dogs!

The collar was a bit frayed before the last wash, but I didn't notice this until I had already left the house this morning. I don't think I'll bother to turn the collar, but if I remember this right, the shirt was bought second hand from forum member 12BarBlues nearly ten years ago, so it certainly served me well
