Negroni the other night at a bistro with the family, a Glass of Cote Du Rhone Last night, and a Finback IPA while making supper.... or a Nolet’s gin and tonic... or a St. George Terrior g+t. Decisions, decisions...
Natural process Ethiopian coffee beans
Tap water
Canadian whiskey when I feel like having a good time
Five Points Pale Ale, cheeky Eat Out 2 Help out night with the wife.
Colombian special blend coffee made in a moka. Colombia meets Italy for the perfect coffee combination.
Plus the occasional Club Negra and/or Cluba Roja - cheap but cheerful, and very popular, Colombian beer.
A cheap Chardonnay. As a retired guy who hangs out with three other retired guys – going to lunch once a week – is a fine way to have a glass of Chardonnay! My booze at home is pretty good Chardonnay, but I'll have a glass of the swill at a restaurant!
Four retired guys talking (and complaining about) the situation of the country in a logical way, is useful and productive for me. I acknowledge that our solutions (after a couple of glasses of vino) are FABULOUS at lunch, but not so hot at 10 o'clock on the next morning!
Just a glass of Coppola claret.
I have developed a liking for Polish buttermilk. Don't drink much nowadays due to stomach trouble. Age, you know.
I recall Kool and the Gang did a very mellow and funky track called Chocolate Buttermilk. That definitely won't give you stomach trouble. Quite the opposite.
I used to able to get White Shield. Now available only in cans. Fullers ESB is nice. Haven't seen Youngs in our neck of the woods for a while.
