For sport shirts I am increasingly inclined to go with an open collar (ie. not a button-down collar). Unless there's a sweater involved. I will not have a collar flopping around outside a sweater. Makes me look like "Freddie," the dodgy weirdo who sponges off the murdered actress but is quickly cleared by Columbo.
