Best IPA I ever had was Bass brewed to the original strength for The White Horse in Parsons Green.
A quick short snort of Little Creatures Pale Ale https://littlecreatures.com.au/beers at the Blue Diamond http://www.bluediamondclub.com.au/ with son around 8pm, after exhibition opening and before Japanese Cafe meal.
Churchwards cider from Lidl 99p a pint.
Just the job for a hot day. It may not win awards but I enjoy it.

I was drinking some Fullers IPA the other night as it happens, not the best, but better than this Carlsberg I'm drinking now.
Yesterday Peninsula Ridge sauvignon blanc followed by a Mill Street Brewery Organic beer and finally rather too much Pasqua Villa Borghetti Passimento Rosso ...
Very nice pint of Welton's Gold after the Olympic cycling. http://www.weltonsbeer.co.uk/
Then switch to Youngs Gold not as good and more expensive. Youngs is no longer a genuine brewer anyway. http://www.youngs.co.uk/beer-londongold.asp
Then back on the Welton's.
A bottle of Abbot Ale after a couple of Naked Ladies in the local pub.
Rye King from Amager Bryghus a Norwegian brewery. Cheaper here in Holland than it is in Oslo. Also Norway has purity laws the same as Germany.
Now, to end my vacation, I've moved onto Amarillo from the www.brouwerijdemolen.nl a wonderful pale ale at 9.2% with cara malts, saaz hops and dry hops.
* 1 pint of cold pressed green sprout juice (fenugreek sprouts, pea shoot greens and sunflower green sprouts)
* 1 cup of sea weed juice
* 1 cup of blue-green algae juice
Soon l will be eating a bowl of chickpea sprouts for my dinner.
Had grass and apples throughout the day.
I'm not sure how you can have all of that, i have a cup full and i'm done, to much really starts to make me sick of the sight, do you give yourself days off or do you have at all the time?

l've been raw for quite some time now so l find it easy to drink large amounts of green juices. lf you eat cooked foods and animals products you are going to get very sick on even small amounts of green juice. Getting really healthy on raw vegan foods is a long process and requires years of detoxification.
lf you really want to get serious about including more raw foods and juices in your diet and reducing the bad foods and make it easy to do, you should seriously consider doing enemas once every two weeks and wheatgrass juice implants twice a day up the rectum. The enemas clean out the waste in the intestines and the implants replace the intestinal flora and electrolites that are lost from the water/coffee enemas, + they nourish the body extremely well. lt's best to be shown how to do it professionally before trying it yourself. We clean ourselves on the outside, but we never clean ourselves on the inside...that's why we stink, because we have dirty sewer pipes (intestines) in our body coated with old shit. The key is to get those sewer pipes squeeky clean of junk with high levels of flora and electrolites. Then you also get into liver flushes and other things. When you do the implants it is really game on, the health rises to levels that far exceed conventional eating of raw foods. lf you don't want to go that far into it (it's a scarey thought for most people uneducated in bowl hygene management), then try doing some cleanse using herbs or something.
You have no idea how great l have felt today man. l have been completely off my fucken tits. Been on a complete mental and physical high and blew everyone out. My enthusiasm was infectious and l had the mind of a steel trap with an infectious personality (their words, not mine), people who met me today were blown out. l was a superman today...and l hope l am tomorrow too. ![]()

Take the greens really slowly, you are very very toxic.
l have huge amounts of green juice everyday. In fact, l now live on green juices (sprouts juice, sea weed juices and algae juices) until dinner time each day with no hunger at all. Very soon l am trying to convert to a pure raw food juicarian. l want to give up eating completely and only live on green juices...l am getting very close to it now. And yes, l have more muscle than l have ever had. l am getting under 1,000 calories a day, yet l could become a body builder if l did weight training. The mental clarity and energy is amazing. BUT...you need to understand diet well, you can't just juice any green and think you are going to be successful, and you must listen to your body and be guided by the higher spirit. Most people do raw veganism and stuff it up, so it gets a bad name, but when done really really well this diet is simply INCREDIBLE!!! No shop bought or farmers market fruits and vegies, all fresh organic foods grown yourself with AT LEAST 50% sprouted. But personally, 95% of my diet is sprouted with the other 5% comprising of weeds, algae and various sea weeds. No hunger and no cravings either.
lf you really want to live, this is the way. When you eat cooked food and consume animal products, you are not living at all...you think you are living but it is nothing compared to when to take it to another level. When you eat cooked foods and eat animal products you are basically a zombie walking around in an illusionary daze, but when you have done my diet for a while you see other beings in other dimensions, develop a good 6th sense and become like a machine...everything becomes easy with minimal effort. The power of the mind is simply outstanding. l am nothing special, we all have this power within us, and it is well worth pursuing it.
l'm so busy these days. l've even been asked by numerous people to make videos and write books on the sproutarian lifestyle. l want to make lecturing, researching (looking up all the great scientific studies in the journals so l become a walking dictionary) and writing my life now...this is my true calling. l am prepared to make the sacrifice because l want people to have what l have got. l truely feel the luckiest guy on Earth...l wouldn't change one bloody thing about myself.

l sometimes spend entire weekends drinking nothing but half a gallon of weed juice each day and absolutely float and feel beyond amazing with no side effects. This is such an important start because these green juices dramatically raises our bio-electric vibration levels, and this has been proven by the world's top bioenergetic doctor decades ahead of her time (see link below). And when we raise our electromagnetic vibration levels, then our attitude changes and get very positive and happy, and when our attitude changes then everything falls perfectly into place and very little goes wrong in your life. In the next 50 years all the doctors will have given away chemical medication treatments and will go towards electric treatments for human beings, because the most cuttiong edge doctors are now using electric therapies that heal people quicker and much more effectively than any medicine ever did without the side effects of the toxic drugs. We are still stuck in the 1950's mentality where doctors still use drugs, but that is changing. Below is a true genious and legend decades ahead of her time; here she speaks about how bioelectrics effect our health. And yes, not only do raw green foods effect our bioelctrical activity, but our attitude also effect bioelectrical activity.
Check this out...3 minutes of the most outstanding youtube ever posted!!! Dr Hunt is going to change the future of health care. Some doctors are catching on slowly.

She has even proven through her extensive research how foods and attitudes effect our bioelectric activity.

You are supposed to be a surgeon, and l am fully behind what you guys do 50% of the time. You do good work for fixing broken bodies. The doctors l don't approve of are the medical doctors that get all their education from the medical universities funded by the drug companies and their education from readers digest (99% of the G.P's). Good health care shouldn't be about giving people drugs to solve all there problems, it needs to be about prevention and being responsible for oneself, educating the public on proper healthy eating so it becomes a cultural habit, it needs to be about developing healthy attitudes, and it needs to be about emphasising proper exercse routines. At the moment our health care is nearly all about giving people a pill to solve all there problems, but this never helps long term because the vibrational field that caused the ill health is still present and the pill will always have side effects. In actual fact, it was found that one of the potential side effects of 60% of medications from doctors is death. To take it even further, the most comprehensive study on diet ever done over 20 years of peer reviewed research by the highly regarded veteran PhD researcher Dr Colin Campbell even found that going to medical doctors for treatment was the third major cause of death in the U.S.A after cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Dr Barbara Starfield M.D wrote an article for that `Journal of the American Medical Association' stating that medication error and adverse events from drugs or surgery kill 225,400 people a year. That was 20 years ago, now the numbers would be much higher.
* medication errors = 7,500 people killed by doctors a year
* unnecessary surgery = 12,000 people killed by doctors each year
* Other preventable errors in hospitals = 20,000 people killed by doctors a year
* Hospital borne infections = 80,000 people killed a year
* adverse drug effects = 106,000 people killed by medical doctors each year.
The problem is that the drug companies have a hold over the medical schools and doctors, so the doctors know no better. Your average G.P is going to get their bias medical training from drug reps and the average G.P's are so lazy that they don't bother reading all the medical journals after hours, so they really don't know what is going on in health care, despite most becoming doctors with good intentions. .

There's a lot of dark IPA and hoppy stouts around at the moment, its a definite positive trend.
Aspall Organic Cyder from Suffolk bought in ASDA

This one is 7%. OK but I am not as impressed as the video man. Lidl stuff suits me just as well.
Thatchers Katy single variety Somerset cider 7.4%.
Better than the Aspalls

Would like to try the draught scrumpy you used to get in pubs in Portsmouth . Lovely in a mix with Guinness.
Hmmmm.... Cider....
It's so hot now, why the hell did I not think of it until I went into FNB's lair?
Thank you Kingston1an will follow your lead, thisrtily.
Shooey-
The subject of medical error is complex and more properly seen in the context of systems error than Drug companies manipulations.
A lot of medical institutions like Hopkins have started looking at medical errors as a process engineering improvement process with significant results. there is more of a focus in breaking down the decision making process into all its components and examining them closely. Out of it have come out common sense answers such as detailed checklists along the process and such things as making sure medication bottles have clearly distinguishable shapes and colors so they can't be confused.
Oh, and thanks for conceding that I do an OK job 50% of the time ![]()
Fizzy melbourne tap water from my soda machine. Great investment. No flavour no sugar. *burp*
Melbourne tap water is possibly the best tap water in the world.

There is now growing evidence to show that Australia's water has dangerous chemicals that comes from the chimney stacks of the Geelong fertilizer plant `Pivot' and also from some Chinese industrial plants. These chemicals (mercury, lead, arsenic, flouride) are not pharma grade, these chemicals are industrial grade and completely untreated. l even have direct parliament documents which prove the politicians know how dangerous the water supplies are in Oz, that's why they banned such chemicals from being used in Canberra. The chimney stacks are scrubbed and actually dumped straight into the water supplies all over Oz, and the remaining waste is exported to the U.K.
My mate's investigations also tell me that Angelsea has a big aluminium plant about 2km from the main town center. l bet you the locals don't know about that dirty little secret.
