Re: Ivy League style for today

debately not ivy at all (we'll see how this one goes down):

grey sweater
green/pale yellow madras scarf
selvage denim
brown sperrys

Not expecting a great response. The scarf is lovely, don't hear much talk of them on here. Nice bit of autumnal madras makes a dull set of clothes a lot more interesting.

Whatever happened to Robert Fripp?

Otter : Take it easy, I'm pre-law.
Boon : I thought you were pre-med.
Otter : What's the difference?

^Yes, he did. I bought one of his CD's once, had David Byrne singing 'I am resplendent in divergance' on it.  I guess that was some good blow.

That's quite sharp.
I was a little sceptical when I read 'madras scarf', although oddly silk scarves can't be 'Flash Harry' enough for me!

That's a bit more 'school trip' rather than 'staffroom' I think...

Re: Ivy League style for today

brown wingtips

slimmed and cuffed M2 chinos

red/beige/olive-ish plaid button down (nod to autumn here)

bottle green bulky wool sweater

had planned on just wearing loafers today, but wanted to bust out the wings. Now I'm thinking it may not have been the best choice. Too late now, and no one here would really pay any mind any way.

Some people hate the English, I don't, they're just wankers. We, on the other hand, were colonized by wankers, Can't even pick a decent culture to be colonized by...
