slightly baggy thick cotton cable knit sweater, in navy blue (yes, I have too many navy sweater options)

in a mood, so was aiming for comfort more than anything else

Great high button rolls on your suits. So much smarter than the 3 roll to 2 IMHO.

Conor, I think that jacket is a fantastic example of the English influence on American clothing.  Or, at the very least, of the American desire to incorporate elements perceived as being English.

EDIT:  Looks great with the jeans and check shirt.  Very casual but smart.  May be a bit preppy for some in these parts, though.

^ Agreed. Love that jacket and shirt combo of Redmanca and Heikki's right about darker denim too IMHO.

An informal meeting with management today (i.e. they give you a coffee to drink while they bollock you!) and straight out for cocktails after work with the ladies. What a life, eh!
