True story.

I may well be one of the most honest men on the Net.  I don't know.

I was worried that I might have to mop up the sick, being the new boy, but Mr. Lally had it dealt with before the issue ever came up.

There was a lovely tweedy old fruit from up the hill who'd come in for Cords...

And there I'd kneel, pinning him up...

I'd measure their waists & then get some Cords for them - All the trou were unfinished. Finishing them was £6 on top & took about a week (they were sent away).
I'd get shoes for them too as I pinned up the cords so they could see how they'd look. The plan was that they'd fall in love with the shoes & buy them too. Ian's advice.

I probably sold more Cords than anything else.
