Weejun. I like the look of the black dexters. I'm normally a 10 in a weejun or a Sabago. How do the 9.5 fit. Biggish?
Sounds like you could use some masculine tips on cutting your toenails Beat.

todays finds-
first of all my suit. "brooksblend" 3 roll 2 sack modified by previous owner to regular 3. charcoal gray chalk stripe. 44, 36x29. original owner was 46 with 42 waist, so theres lots of cloth swimming around in there for further alterations. pilling in pockets, suit outwardly very presentable.
thrift seen today, which as always i can purchase and send; everything 1-5 dollars with exception of trenchcoats being 10-20, some nicer blazers being 6-8.
orvis madras blazer, 3 button, with waist darts however.
madras shirts in XL.
old brooks 3 button blazer. navy with brass brooks buttons. guessing 42 reg by how it fit. some kind of loose weave which i think is called either hopsack or barathea. wool/synth blend unfortunately, but probably worth the 5 bucks it cost for the buttons. incompletely lined-lining only in shoulder area.
jos. a bank. red/wht seersucker jacket. guessing 44 reg.
landsend blue.wht seersucker. seemed to be 42, but with huge shoulder pads, so dunno how it would fit w/o them.
pendleton black watch wool sack. was actually a womens sz. 18 placed in wrong rack, but could easily be converted to a medium/large mens size.
several tweed sack blazers. harris, grey herringbone, donegal, green herringbone, etc. all seemed to be in 42-44 range, some reg, some short.
for the mods, gray 42 S bumfreezer blazer w/no vent. no darts. italian. gray feltlike flannel.
abercrombie thick natural wool sweater w 1 thick and 1 thin maroon stripe across chest. no A&F tages or writing on outside...
L.L. bean flannels in XXL.
eddie bauer flannels in all sizes.
L.L. Bean chamois shirts in 42 l, xl, xxl. the 42 one was grey, US made, in very good condition.
cole-haan black weejuns, south american made, 10.5
nunn-bush reddish brown longwings, 8.5 EEE, needing TLC
2 pairs florsheim imperial norwegian loafers with lace around heel, 10.5, i black, 1 cordovan. also some of the same in huge sizes, cole-haan.
several zillion london fog trenches in various colors
many zillion brooks shirts, mostly 15.5, 16, 16.5 necks, a few 17 and 17.5. mini-checks, mini-houndstooths, white broadcloth, white, yellow, ecru, blue oxford, also many with point , spread collars.
same goes for landsend.
same for jcrew.
all kinds of RL, madras, ocbds, etc. if anyone still wears that
several 1960s slimfit hathaway, arrow shirts. all blend. having distinctive 60s markings, etc.
1 60s hathaway cotton broadcloth bd but with stains, pendleton medium white ocbd with neck stains
also, NEW STUFF-urban outfitters has needle cords for $9.99, banana republic and j crew have a selection for 15-20.
banana has grey flannels and checks for 30, j crew has excellent chinos and cavalry twills for 15-20.
sears landsend has decent shirts for 17, assortment of ginghams, checks, and tartans, in addition to the solids and stripes . the "paintbrush" line is on clearance.
