Re: Ivy League style for today

not wearing a watch either.. never been into them that much. having said this, i have one but it's more than 5 yeears since i've worn it.

in my case, it's not a style question, more of being a lazy git one: haven't bothered to fin d adecent striped strap(s) for it. turku, finland is a no-show as for canvas straps and i just haven't bothered to check online.

Re: Ivy League style for today

I'm having a Chambray day too, as it 'appens!

Mine's Bean & paler than yours - A BD with a very dark blue knit tie.
Charcoal Herringbone Sack - The last I bought from Press before they went Candian. 2002?
Bean Flannels - Flatfronts, what other front is there?  wink
Black Bass Pennies from Wilton & Charcoal socks.

'Milestones' playing. Fag No.2, Coffee No. 2, not yet 7.30am...

I've got a new crop, btw - Brushed forwards this morning in the approved 'architect' manner. I think I may brush it back quickly though for fear of looking like -

(That was one for Big Tony!)

'Ave a good day, all.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Saxone used to do that exact tasseled loafer. 'The Weegian', also in a kind of beefroll style, a hybrid Anglo-Italian-American style. Authentic 'college' shoes. Leather heel too. About a quarter of the price of Church's version. Nostalgia's a bugger isn't it?
