Yes they do look modernised. Can't tell if it's the angles or are the tow boxes ballooned a bit too?

I would like a nice pair of suede saddle bucks, bit easier to wear in tan sueded than my ivory/tan leather RL Crocketts.

I love the Japanese way of renaming phonetically:

Purentou Chakkabutsu Reddoburikkusoru = Plain Toe Chukka Boots Red Brick Sole

Datibakku = Dirty Buck

I was wondering about the toe box too - does look a bit inflated.  Apparently McNairy is also going to be taking over design for Woolrich Woolen Mills - the high end hipster line with scrotum like shirt pockets.  I would have been more enthused if he was doing Woolrich proper.......
