Believe me, they send a bill for shaking anything. Bastards.

And...
Why do the iGents think that their name is the key that opens all doors? Are the iGents diminutive, ape-like savages living deep in some jungle that has never seen outsiders and who naturally fear that if someone takes their photo their soul (and virginity?) will be stolen? Be assured that hundreds of people in the real world (remember that?) know your name and face and address and any one of them are more likely to be a danger to you than some guy you disagreed withyou on an anonymous internet message board, no matter how heated the disagreement may have been. Identifying yourself on the interwebz gives a little taste of what it's like to be a celebrity in the real world: egoists should take comfort in the fact that once a bunch of people hate you then you're a star.
...and if these clowns didn't talk about their families so much on anonymous internet message boards they might not get dragged into arguments. Basic common sense, right?
...couldn't Mantoni have pressed his friend and faithful disciple FOO! for some free legal services? They apparently hang out in tailor's shops together.
On reflecting on the RJMan business, let's see if I get the story straight. Some unknown personage (a "sock puppet") posts something scurrilous about RJ's wife. He complains to FNB. FNB takes it down. End of matter. Even though the nasty post was de facto anonymous, Manton and others just "know" who the culprit is, and then fault FNB for not banning him. A bit of a rush to judgement, I'd say.
If the "bad boy" is who I'm 99.99% sure Manton et al. are implying he is, I'll have to say that during my six-odd years of hanging around the fora, I've never had the least unpleasantness with him. He has always been gentlemanly, informative and helpful during the few forum interactions I've had with him.
