Yes, it's remarkable how wrong, uncultured combinations (e.g. a fine cotton white or ecru shirt with spread collar combined with white pants and casual pastel tone jacket) can drag the individual components down. I do think however that the fabrics of the suit and jacket look cheap on their own. The green looks like some cheesy polyester blend and brown is a very difficult color to execute into an expensive looking, smooth-finish fabric. This nailhead (?) reminds me of the window displays of the clothing discounters around Roma Termini.
