Fellow lovers of aesthetics,
Something that has been keeping me busy the past month or so is making furniture. I started on a chair (very suitable for the garden in this hot weather) based on a Modernist design by Gerrit Reitveld: the crate chair.
I am making them to order, have had orders from people i know and a lot of interest on ebay.
So my question is is anyone here interested?
Very reasonable prices too:
£60 for a chair
£80 for a chair and table
Any colour you like... finished with yacht varnish if for the outdoors.
I'm situated in South East London, bordering Kent (ish)
