Some of us are curious, I'd reckon...
Someone must know something. We're not talking about the Iranian nuclear programme here.
It would be nice to know, or have some carrots dangled.
It's happening. Stay tuned.
Let's hope there are no more Chinese-made Haggar shirts. 'Own label' shirts, jackets, chinos and cords etc. would be wonderful - particularly if they were up to the standard of the 'J.Simons' black longs I have on my shoe rack.
^Yes, indeedy.
Let's get back to basics, own label made in the US/UK OCBD's in the usual suspect colours will be an ideal launch pad. Anything else, and there will be much more, will be welcomed bonuses. I hope.
To design a shirt with a really superb roll. Now that would be well worth doing.
Hence the understandable criticisms of the contemporary article. Brooks may have gone wavy, but the last shirt I bought in the store - in 2006 - still has a decent roll. It should be a priority. Sorry, Alex, I sound stuffy.
I must admit, I'm going to wait and see before rushing off down there. I reckon I'll take the coach to Victoria. Greedy bastards who operate the railways in this country need stringing up. Jeff always used to pack the stuff up very nicely in those big brown bags. I remember staggering onto the tube with at least a dozen pairs of shoes, jumpers, a jacket or two, and about eight pairs of 28 inch waist strides from the basement. My arms were about dropping off by the time I got back to darkest Derbyshire...
It will be on Chiltern Street, Marylebone, London W1. It will open in September. It will be called 'John Simons Apparel Company'. It will be very good. John is trying very hard to source the right things, though not always easy. If I tell you any more Ken Lovegrove will have to kill me.

This is great news. So Ken will be working there?
Thanks for that!!!
September is the month!
Actually Klook it's Portland Estates over that side, not De Walden. Nice looking shop it is, very quirky, lots of little interlinking rooms.
