I'm sure someone mentioned this last year. My now grown-up daughter wore their stuff as a toddler. Americana, I guess, but it wore like iron. Did they do adult workwear?
Yeah, they sure did. Back in the 70s they had a store in Kensington High St near Alpine Sports. Part of the whole skateboard, cowboy boots, harley davidson americana thing that was going on in London at the time (and still seems to go on in France and Germany!).
They did a brisk trade in carpenter pants and dungarees especially when Dexy's had that look.
an ex-gf wore that stuff mid 90s, that's all I remember about the brand.
the adult stuff hasnt been around in the US for eons. its big in japan apparently, not sure if they just own the name or its the same company........
only mfgr. i know who currently does the railroad stripe bibs is "key-the aristocrat of overalls". their prices are pretty reasonable. almost bought a pair for work, but decided showing up looking like a gigantic toddler might not be a good idea in this economy.
EDIT: i think that "pointer brand" people were promoting awhile ago does RR stripes too.
