I also had to look up Nordstrom to understand what type of an establishment it is.

Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN) is an upscale bridge department store chain in the United States, founded by John W. Nordstrom. Initially a shoe retailer, the company today also sells clothing, accessories, handbags, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrances, and in some locations, home furnishings. The corporate headquarters and the flagship store are located in Downtown Seattle, Washington.

'Upscale' is one of the great American words. I am going to start slipping it into my conversations. 'Douchebag' is another good one.

Nieman Marcus might be more interesting. Maybe it is too ostentatiously upscale for the forums.

Just in case any of you other bathroom dwellers were wondering who decorated Macarthur's bathroom...in spite of the embroidered towels that say "Uncle" and "Aunt", it wasn't Sister Parrish but rather Mrs. Mac herself!  Hats off, Dearie, for creating a decor so reminiscent of the bathrooms in every "Charlie O'Rourke's Dining and Drinking Emporium Est. 1988" in the Northeast:

Here's a fellow who understands The Great Allen Edmonds Footwear Manufactory, Ltd. perfectly: They sent him flawed shoes and he wonders if he should return them for a pair that is "less flawed":

Innocent and angelic iGent saddened by clothing choices of SF Hero PhatGuido and Superstar Italian designer "Jack" Rubinacci:

Interesting ties purchased by Crusty--made perhaps from the curtains at the old Met or the upholstery of a 1957 Mercury, or the fabric of a couch in a whore house (just speculating):

A few posts down, Holdfast dresses for an afternoon visit to the local adult cinema:

According to his blog Holdfast has lost his job; this horrible jacket may soon make its way to Ebay:
http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?62656-What-Are-You-Wearing-Today&p=1132076#post1132076

Andy's WAYWT thread this month is almost entirely Crusty and Holdfast, and is unbearable to look at.

This bloke needs to give up trying to be stylish, he is only making a fool of himself.

*  that jacket makes him look so feminine and hopeless, the natural shoulder is doing him no favours whatsoever. A big girly man igent, urk!
*  belt looks crap, can't take people seriously wearing silly things like that
*  he is not the guy who should be wearing those pants, he looks like a dill
*  those shoos are aweful, they look like big fat loaves of bread. Boring.
*  why do people wear those stupid silk flowers in their lapel hole for?? Always looks cheap and idiotic, not to mention seriously wierd.

That bloke is a fake and impossible to take seriously. lf l saw him at a Flatulance event l wouldn't give him the time of day, he is a complete non event.

iGents creaming in their selfedges over a new Barbour:

Upper sleeve pocket for...upper sleeve stuff?...check
Zippered Surgeon cuffs...check

If you're trolling, or at best trying to express your own idiotic unfounded and unsolicited opinions about clothes, at least know the difference between a fabric and a collar style, fuckstick:
http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=193633

Be careful with this rotating shoe trees business. Shoe trees rotating inside your shoes can cause excessive wear to the linings (lexoled or otherwise), insoles, and can occasionally burst laces, to say nothing of the racket they make in your closet all night long:

Bad news for you, slight supinator--You're not 5'8.5" tall.  You're a little under 5'7" at best, and you know it. You're short.  Nothing wrong with that--some of my best friends are gay. I mean they're Jews.  Sorry, that should be "height-challenged". No one over the age of 12 uses half-inches in describing their height:

Upr crust is like a cheerful version of Captain Mainwaring. Shave off the beard. Put an Army hat on him.

Evening inanity:

http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?107246-My-Wife-Says-I-Dress-Like-An-Astronaut
An iGent's wife insults him; he and his fellow iGents rejoice.

http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/forum/showthread.php?107253-Mad-Men-Banana-Republic-video-on-White-Shirts
An iGent claims that he routinely breaks his cufflinks on his computer keyboard. Is he perhaps confusing "computer keyboard" with "industrial lathe"?

Granstrom gushes about guyliner! Frankly a little male eyeliner would liven up many of these internette outfits.
