Hmmm, Steven Segal ... would be difficult to choose, aren't all his films the same? Even the way he breaks opponents' arms.

Virtually anything with Nicholas Cage in it is a candidate for worst film I've ever seen - with the outstanding exception of the Coens' Raising Arizona.
