In my experience End's customer service is not of the same high standard as Oi Polloi or Stuarts I'm afraid to say.
Unreturned emails, incorrect dispatches - that kind of thing.
Not to suggest that they're terrible or anything.
Just that Oi Polloi and Stuarts (again, in my experience), have been quite exceptional.
