So What Defines Our Look in The UK in 2010?

Ask a bluntish question, you'll get an interesting set of answers.  You know why?  Because it isn't a uniform.

This is what's important to me:

Pale blue cotton; navy wool and cashmere
Off white chinos or dark denim
Wind and weatherproof outerwear
Penny loafers
Lambswool or cashmere scarves
Falke socks
Navy, green or maroon polo shirts

Navy blue, bottle green, various shades of grey, maroon

Natural fibres

Not a full list but indicative.
