However, they actually patrol the streets talking to people. I was stood at a bus stop after closing time a few weeks ago and watched them in action. They were mob-handed - which is sensible at that time of night. The yoof they were talking to tried to cadge a bus fare from them. When he failed to do so he unleashed a torrent of abuse on them. That is life in Broken Britain.
