Last glass in the bottle of Dun Leire (Sainsbury's 8 year old Cooley)
I preferred Sainsbury's cheaper Irish Malt(also Cooley) which was excellent.

* Wheatgrass juice early this morning
* Now it's freshly squeezed lemon juice (lots) and eating lemons with the white pith for the entire afternoon. When you go all raw you cannot taste the sour flavour and will not pull any funny faces, the lemon is quite enjoyable.
