I take it you are happy with your brown suede GBX 'Playboy' boots? Are they the ones referred to in the epic Crepe Soul thread? If so they would be 12 months old at least - holding up ok?

I have been a bit of a fan since a kid, on my lonesem here I must say, I had no idea there was a sub culture in UK, of the Steve McQ Playboys. I thought it was just me.
I think the Common People (Billy?) Elliot looks the best to me but they seem to be out of stock. Also any pictures I see of them look as rough as guts around the sole - is that the photography?
