Re: Ivy League style for today

Contrast Luft's look with my 'Hobo Ivy': 'Full Metal Jacket' crew-cut, army jacket and Mexican L.L. Bean denim and dirty desert boots.  I probably look like someone drooling and spitting on the front steps of the court building: carefully concealing my Brooks shirt, Press scarf and Paine cashmere v-neck in case they take my food stamps away from me.

Look like those £255 jobbies I saw in 'A.C.' the other week.

£120 is going it a bit.  There are some deadstock 80s Levis chinos on Ebay.  Not a bad price as I remember.

Desert boots and Levis since being a young '79 Mod revivalist. I thought The Chords were best for a while. Then I heard Wilson Pickett.
Apart from that I've got a button down on. Green on white and new from John Simons. Time I walked the dogs.
