The jacket does not look like Keydge, the shirt does not look like Press. Did you check the labels DJFM?

Re: Ivy League style for today

The Keydge is an old stock Linen Ivy 3/2 cut job. I tried it on in JS before Paul did & ummmed & ahhhed over it. Paul got in there & bought it first. The shoulder hasn't quite 'settled' yet although it is completely unlined. Interestingly it is a longer body length than the current Keydge crop.

The BD is a J. Press flap pocket job - US made & pretty much brand new. Has manufacture now gone back to the US from Canada? Paul picked it up in NYC when I intro'd him to David Wilder. Still a very constructed collar coming from J. Press I see... Or maybe it was old stock pre-Canada....

I did get his strides wrong though - Deadstock Haggar from JS which he then had tailored.

How good it is to talk about clothes - Thank you for the chance.

Best -

I went with:

A White Hanes T.

Navy Cotton Keydge.

Levis.

Camp Mocs.

A strange out-of-focus smile completed the look.

Spotted one of those too Adam, and a lush green one, making my wallet itch for sure!!!

Loving that look, simple and effortless.

Today i'm wearing...

RL madras b/d
Shrink to fit 501 - so much bigger and higher than all my other denim!
Pink socks
Weaver moccasins in dark brown

Wax Albam mac and navy sweat for a little more insulation on the scoot, though it has warmed up a lot since this morning.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Ahoy there Richard B....They come up pretty big..weird sizing apparently  - Made in Spain but just a "10" on mine..no mention of a bit of continental there?

Historically I've been a US 11/10.5 on Bass, Florsheim, Lormoc/Sebago so a UK10.5/10 and the Paraboot's seem on a par with a US 11 at least..

Got mine from JS but I've seen them in Fifth Avenue Shoes, just along Goodge St in Town so wonder if they have more info with theirs?

http://fifthavenueshoerepairs.com/

For those of you not familiar with this place they have a decent range of shoes as well as being a very decent repair outlet...

Their current Paraboot loafers are also cheaper than JS at the mo by a fair few notes...

I'd say they're quite a classy item Sir...I've not even been arsed to remove their little green label as yet either...
